With over 320 stores across Topps Tiles and CTD, our retail teams are a big part of what makes Topps Group special. Whether it’s helping someone choose the perfect tile for their home or supporting a trade customer with a large project, our colleagues are there to offer friendly advice, product knowledge, and great service.

Here's something that might surprise you: you don't have to know anything about tiles or DIY to join us in our stores. We'll give you all the training you need to become a specialist – and we'll keep it topped-up too. The one thing you do need is enthusiasm. Plus great people skills. And a sponge-like ability to take things in. Okay, that's three things but you get the idea.

Support Office

At Topps Group, we’re more than just tile specialists, we’re here to help people create spaces they love. Whether it’s a dream kitchen, a welcoming bathroom, or a stylish commercial space, our products play a part in bringing those ideas to life. And behind every successful project is a dedicated team working together to make it happen - that’s where our Support Office comes in.

Based at our Head Office in Leicester, our Support Office is home to a wide range of teams including HR, Finance, Marketing, Buying, IT, and Supply Chain. It’s where ideas are shared, plans are shaped, and support is provided to our stores and online platforms, all with the goal of delivering a great experience for our customers.

As a specialist retailer, we take pride in what we do. We value knowledge, care about the details, and aim to do things well. Whether you're bringing years of experience or just starting out, there’s space here to grow, contribute, and be part of something meaningful.

Logistics

Our Logistics team helps keep everything moving - quite literally! From our distribution centres in Leicester and Northampton, we make sure our products get where they need to be, whether that’s to our stores across the UK, or directly to our customers.

Our drivers are a key part of this, delivering with care and professionalism. In our distribution centres, our teams work together to manage stock, prepare orders, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

It’s a team effort, and everyone plays an important role in helping us deliver a great experience.

Commercial

We also offer customers convenience 24/7 with our online retailers Pro Tiler Tools and Tile Warehouse, making it easy for them to shop with us wherever they are. Whether in-store or online, we’re here to make tiling projects feel more manageable and inspiring.

Alongside our retail teams, our Parkside brand works closely with trade professionals, Housebuilders, contractors, and businesses to provide tailored solutions and expert support. Their knowledge and relationship-building skills help us meet the needs of larger-scale projects and long-term partnerships.

From store managers and service specialists to our online support and commercial specialists, everyone plays a part in helping our customers bring their ideas to life.
