Application

When you've found a job that is a good match for your skills, experience, and requirements, click 'Apply' to get started. If you have a CV, you'll need to attach it (CVs aren't always mandatory for our store roles!) and answer a few questions about the job you're applying for. Use the application as an opportunity to highlight what makes you stand out. Share your accomplishments, experiences, and how your skills align with the requirements of the role.

Our Process

We have a simple but effective process. Once you apply, the hiring manager will assess your application and your suitability. If we believe you could be a match for us, we will give you a call!

For Store Roles

  • Our Hiring Managers will go through a simple telephone screen to talk through what it's like to work here, and what you'll need to be able to be a success.
  • If this goes well, we will invite you into store for a face-to-face interview. Here you can meet the team, see the environment, and ask any questions you may have!

For Support Office Roles

  • One of the recruitment team will review your CV. We'll let you know either way, but if they want to know more about you, they'll be in touch to arrange an interview.
  • For some roles, there may be more than one interview, as well as role-specific tests.

During the Interview

We’ll be looking for examples of your skills and experience to show why you're right for the role. If you're successful, we’ll make you a verbal offer and talk you through all the details. If you’ve been unsuccessful at interview, we’ll aim to feedback to you within 48 hours.

If You Accept Our Offer

  • We'll agree on a provisional start date and then, once we’ve had proof of your right to work in the UK, send you a link to our onboarding portal where you can learn more about the business and fill in all your paperwork!
