Our products are heavy, and lifting is a massive part of this role, so we need people who are comfortable doing this.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform final add-on checks before dispatch.
- Print and prepare the next day’s purchase orders.
- Cleanse direct delivery records for accuracy.
- Book collections for returned or unwanted items.
- Raise credits for returned or damaged goods.
- Raise return requests and ensure proper handover.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication for add-ons and returns.
- Respond to branch queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Supporting Inventory functions
Knowledgeable and Efficient.
- Desirable: Experience in an Administrative role.
- Knowledge of office systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
